Cheapest and easiest would be the stock SVT without the res.

If you've go cash to burn, get the ZXTuner Couger header for $385...

You only need short pipe between the header and the SVT exhaust to make it work. You will also have to disable your EGR if you get the Cougar header. If you're worried about emissions, stick a performance CAT in there. If it's too loud, you can always add a res later.
