Would it just be possible to notch the motor mount bracket? (If it even hits, that is.) OP percybigun_dup1 CEG\'er P Joined: Jul 2002 Posts: 417 Cambs, England, UK	the idler (ringed red in that pic) is needed to move the belt away from the engine mount otherwise it will catch on it. the guy who is fitting the kit (yet its a normal focus 2.0L JRSC kit) has already been to the junk yard and got a load of focus bits (including alternator etc). the alternator from focus still wont fit so he is gonna probably fit a smaller nissan alternator. injection is not return system on mine Jackson Racing Supercharged Mk1 Mondeo Zetec Mk2 Mondeo TD FMIC www.fordmondeo.org

microtonal CEG\'er M Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 98	Well, you know there's an new Cosworth Powerworks SC that uses the M62 and it's intercooled. It's $4500 and bolt's up to the Focus Zetec. Not sure what it would take to get it on a Contour Zetec but the numbers are +220whp/+180wtq. 98 Contour GL/03 ZX3 Focus/05 ZX3 SES Focus
