Hello everybody, my 95 GL does not start (cranks but does not run). I checked the error codes and it spits out 539 which means A/C is on during the test. The A/C is NOT on.
The 539 code is irrelevent to your primary problem, i.e., not starting. Ignore it for now. FWIW, the 539 is likely due to a fault low pressure switch, a PCM input circuit, or faulty wiring.
Focus on the no start condition first.

You are right - the no start problem is something else. I was just wondering wtf 539 meant in this circumstances.
Anyway, the engine is still dead and I think my timing belt jumped a few teeth on one of the cams. Need to verify this. Would you know if the 4 cyl. engine is a crusher?
