This is my 2nd TC. First one a 30K

The problem is very intermittent

I drain [and replace] 4 quarts of Merkon 3 at every oil change [3000 miles]

If I drive near or over 80 MPH I get the 1744 hit more often

It takes 5 Hits to get 1744 as I have read in the THREADS

I like the car but this problem has got to me

Any info is greatly appreciated
