This happened to me last year, some new guy (worked as a lawyer) moved in and thought it was okay for him to walk his dog through my lawn.
I came out of my house when I saw him one day, since my room is on the front of the house. I told him that what he was doing wans't socially acceptable. I asked him if he would be angry if I went down to his yard and dropped a deuce. Needless to say he was pretty suprised that a 20 y/o college student would be lecturing him about what was acceotable.
I haven't seen him walk his dog through our yard since. Maybe he knows what my car looks like and doesn't do it when its in the driveway, LOL!
