You are correct. Most of the turbo guys are broke after the installs so drag radials and slicks aren't being used along with progress boost controllers. Those things are a chunk of change by themselves!

My best run to date of 13.82@109 was with stock width tires, 215-50's that were already a year old and with only a single stage boost controller. I could easily do significantly better with a two stage controller so I didn't burn all the way through 1st and 2nd.
