*sniff sniff*.. I smell lawsuit. While your at it, make that known that they tried to cover up.. get your whole damn service bill refunded for their [censored]. Thats uncalled for, at the dealership I worked at along time ago, there were occasional times when things could get scrathed, damaged, etc. And if we didn't tell the person and they found out, we usually refunded the eniter amount of their bill to avoid them notifying GM. Cards have been dealt to you... ream them, they deserve it.
