could be all 3 i am thinking maybe spark, or a fuel filter,,,you may wanna upgrade your motor mounts as well. you can probly feel that engine hitting the firewall like i did prior to my motor mount inserts.

i have a solid rear mount, and ES inserts in front...its not mounts.
what would i correct as far as fuel or spark goes? plugs, wires, coil? my plugs are under six months old...and fuel, injectors, FPR, pump?

Clean the MAF, I bet it's the culprit.

you are right i wouldnt doubt it....how i clean my maf is i take is off then take plastic wrap and rubber band it onto 1 side then take a small amount like 4-5 caps full of alcohol plastic wrap and rubber band the other side and shake it like a salt shaker then remove the wrap and pour rest out and dries in seconds and you have a clean maf.

well i use alcohol cause it dries in seconds and dosent leave a residue and wont iritate the contacts or sensors.

I had the exact same problem and just solved mine yesterday. I had a cracked insulator on the #2 plug which created a carbon track that would short to ground, but only when accelerating. Replaced the plug and all is well!
