 That is a PITA and should be a LAST resort. Obviously you have never routed wires into a door wiring connector.
Honestly you'll just have to test fit them, I have mine mounted right next to the defroster vent holes in the doors. there is a bit of space there. You should be able to find a spot. Its much better than running two sets of wires up into each of the doors..
Just get some tape and try various spots and then test fit the door pannel. when you find one permanently mount it.
