But we took off the timing belt cover and the belt flops up and down over the cam gears. We tried to get in there and tighten up the tensioner belt but it's way too difficult and these cars are not easy to work on. We would try to find out where the problem has started from but this car is just to hard to work on.





If you're going to try and tighten up the tensioner yourself it will be easy to do so once you remove the engine brace otherwise it's pretty much impossible to put your hand down in there. To do that you will need to support the engine with a jack and then you can safely remove the brace. The brace is attaced with 6 nuts (18mm i believe) just remove that and everything will be alot easier. Good Luck.
