Hey guys thanks a lot for the input. I agree that doing the tint is a pain in the ass, but I've got a few tint jobs behind me. I've just never done a rear window like the one in the contour. I guess one more question I have is should I use one piece on the back window or a couple of strips? I imagine doing a couple of strips would be tough to line up so the break in between the pieces is unnoticeable. But if you use one piece is it more likely to bubble around the edges?
anyways, thanks again.

I do tint. I just got donw with my windows. I will tell you the side windows are a piece of cake. My back window was harder than i thought. Well maybe becuase my heat gun broke after 10min of using it, oh well. If you never have done tint before go to a shop. DO not do it yourself. You will regret it later. Plus a 1 piece is better. And tha tis what majority of shops use.

I reject your reality and substitute my own.

yeah this does sound a little out of my league. since I never knew to use a heat gun during window tinting I should probably leave it up to a pro. But anyways just out of curiousity what and how do you use a heat gun during window tinting? I'm assuming to shrink the tint to fit properly, but how do you do it properly?
Thanks again for all the advice, without you guys I would have ended up with a sticky mess in my back window and a really crappy tint job
