Well maybe you need to do a little more research then.
Start by reading the Recent thread on Weapon R headers install. I can back Stazi's words up as I have a set of these in my garage and saw them at his house previously.
For $375 shipped, with a much better y-pipe than MSDS and in all Stainless Steel, your not going to find a better deal on headers ....
