Oh, more an that story dan. I got a certified letter from the national park servie. Inside was a ticket for "missinterpretation of funds; services offered. a fine of $1499.00
I never refused to pay the tow at all. I just wanted a bill. And after he sent the bill (8 months after) i sent him a copy of my AAA card and a note saying that if AAA wont pay, i will.
