I think the problem is they cannot turn in Shane. They do that, and he can rat on them about the money train, plus the cop killings, plus the numerous other box of crap he has on them.
I think Shane has to die, easy as that. Unfortunately, I think they'll drag it out another few weeks until the season ends, then leave us hanging for 8 months until next year. :P
