Parts that you'll need:
Oil pan gasket, timing chain cover gaskets, head gaskets, head bolts, valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gaskets, exhaust manifold gaskets, EGR Gasket, front crank seal, retaining clip for at least one CV shaft. Those are all the things you have to have. Also, if you blew up your engine, don't reuse the stock ford oil cooler. Either go without, replace it ($$$), or add the derale unit from Summit Racing that just fits in place of the stock unit for a lot less $ and is probably more effective.
As far as recommendations go oil pan update, new water pump, if you've got the time and money a LSD upgrade is good, clutch, pressure plate, slave cylinder, flywheel surfacing, and check over both output shaft seals on the trans as well. I'd probably put the clutch stuff on the top of that list. Also service the trans if that hasn't been done recently.
