Wow, so many good points from people...

I took a new pic this morning and PSed the lower portion to darken it a bit. Both ways look pretty good! I just don't know what to do!

its really not a big deal to paint black. Every svt except black was painted with a flat trim black lower valence. You can buy this in an aerosol can for about $5 or so. Looks just like factory.

I put an SVT body kit on my white 1998.5 Contour SE 6-years ago and at the time I thought it looked better with the rear bumper all white. Now the all white car looks like an appliance to me so I�d say paint the lower rear bumper black.

Now, if it were my car I'd re-paint the entire car Nissan's Daytona Blue (including the lower rear bumper) when you fix that dent. Oh wait, that IS what I�m going to do (except I don�t have a dent to fix).

Go black!

I like this, it really doesnt look black to me. More like dark grey or charcoal. That would go well with your graphics too.

Black will make the exhaust tips stand out more and goes well with the tint. White is a nice, clean looking bumper that looks stock (for the most part). I think a deeeeep red would look kind of awesome to go with the rear tail lights.
