By the way, don't give them ANY time. I got screwd outa about 250$ on ebay. The guy was like 'gimme another week' and i did. Turns out the guy was a pro at this scam stuff and had me wait till the end of the limitations for something to be done through ebay. Ebay actually is pretty worthless when you have to get money from somebody.
My recourse, since i paid with a money order, was to file for some mail fraud which paid off. The BBB got his shop in florida and i got a little bit of money back.
