I baught this rear reflector off of him and sent paypal out same night for winning bid. It is now the freaken 5-02-05 and his ass still hasnt sent out item or sent shipping info. Also, if anyone has had problems with him before, please let me know. Jason, if you still check these forums, send me my damn rear reflector. two and a half weeks is plenty of time to ship out anything to anywhere.

why is he not sending it to me ><. It is a legit ebay transaction. I already sent him money over two weeks ago. anyone know what i can do about this? I want my damn reflector lol.

jus have your credit/debit card reverse the charges and then buy it from someone else. have you filed a complaint with Paypal? i believe there is a time limit...

Its ok. I told him that i will give him until the 4rth to send me an email with shipping info. If that deosnt happen, i will be introducing legal actions through Ebay and Paypal. This is no way to treat another ebayer let alone a fellow CEGer. All i want is what i paid for. No reason he should be spending my 60.00+ dollars i sent him 2 weeks ago while he is too fu****g lazy to go to the post office.

Paypal disputes must be filed within 45 days form the purchase of the item. I just hate to see [censored] come down to this. I don't see how people can be so irresponsable. Hopefully he sees this and resolves the isue. Otherwise, noone else on CEG will ever want to do business with him.

By the way, don't give them ANY time. I got screwd outa about 250$ on ebay. The guy was like 'gimme another week' and i did. Turns out the guy was a pro at this scam stuff and had me wait till the end of the limitations for something to be done through ebay. Ebay actually is pretty worthless when you have to get money from somebody.
My recourse, since i paid with a money order, was to file for some mail fraud which paid off. The BBB got his shop in florida and i got a little bit of money back.

seriously though, has anyone done business with him before? this is kind of pissing me off. I have ordered wheels, exhaust, y-pipe, mirco, headlights and already recieved them all. This thing was the first thing i ordered......
