No, that will mean more of them driving without licenses and insurance. Then our insurance rates go up because our insurance compnies take the hit for all of the "illegals" that don't pay up for accidents.



I have news for you, most of them won't get insurance even when they'er legal residents and DO get their license.



i agree. i can barely afford insurance.
if you are living off pennies, coming up with $1000 a year for insurance is the last thing on your mind. there are plenty of bogus insurance papers going around that people can buy to avoid actually buying insurance. this is really for the sake of being pulled over, cuz if you get into an accident without insurance everyone knows that really nothing is going to happen to you, especially if you dont have anything. i have met plenty of people of all races who have actually purchased phony insurance paperwork to save $. some of them even have nice cars. hello? phony papers wont help you if your car gets totalled. thats just a glimpse of what car insurance has come to for some people in our state.
