Hold brake and gas. It's only gonna go to the stall speed (2500rpm i think) no matter how far you have it floored. I think somebody (unisys maybe) found that getting the motor mounts loaded up and launching at that point is best. I don't really know how to feel that point, it mite just be a duratec thing.
Anyways, ran 11 flat @ ~65mph 1/8 mile with 17" wheels, stock cam gears, and stock hood.
