Thats how I launch... My car ran a 16.4 @85mph... It does have an optimized TB though (not that it made that much difference). Even last year, when it was stock, it ran a 16.8@83mph...

Keep in mind that my car is also extremely well maintained. New plugs, UIM/LIM/Heads cleaned by hand, stuff like that. Maintenance and the little things will make the difference...
