People have lots of nice things to say about them.
But one thing is that a few people were saying that some of the ones sold on ebay might not actually be GE HIR....so that's something to look out for.
Other than that they use the special lense and coating to reflect heat back to the filament to make it brighter... I'll try to find the info later when I have more time.
