Which way to turn the aiming screws to raise the beams from the fogs?? Mine point too much at the deck.

That's where they are suppossed to point. They are suppossed to let you know where the lines are in dense fog/rain/snow. They are not headlights. Re-aiming them blinds other drivers.

I do not want to use them as headlights...I have four good headlights for that. My fogs appear to point much lower than they should because I cannot see ANY light from them in front of the car when I sit in the driver's seat. Only a bit on the sides. At this point they are serving for just for cosmetic appearance purposes. I would like to aim them slightly up only to fill in the area between the bottom of the low-beam beam and the front of the car at night. I believe this is their proper purpose.

You turn the screw clockwise. The tension springs tend to be too long so take the whole screw/spring thing out, cut off 2 coils, put them back, and then adjust them so they hit the road about 25-30 feet in front of the car. Put in some 885 bulbs for whiter lights too.

Just turn clockwise a few turns, the difference is amazing. No need to cut springs IMHO. 885s help a lot too.
