I do not want to use them as headlights...I have four good headlights for that. My fogs appear to point much lower than they should because I cannot see ANY light from them in front of the car when I sit in the driver's seat. Only a bit on the sides. At this point they are serving for just for cosmetic appearance purposes. I would like to aim them slightly up only to fill in the area between the bottom of the low-beam beam and the front of the car at night. I believe this is their proper purpose.
