Now I don't know from personal experience so take it for what its worth, but I had a customer who ordered it about 2 months ago and had nothing but problems with it, and when he wanted to go back to just having a normal phone service, it was a PIA to get his number released back to the phone company.
I have no idea if thats a common occurance though, just my only expierence with it.
