So I see you are using cubecart, which on their website it says that they are using PHP and MySql to do thier software. That would mean that all of your sales are in the mySql database, and all you have to do is write (or find someone who can write) a php script that displays the sales information and the sales reference ID numbers. This way the sales people can log into this site and see how many sales have their reference numbers on it, and make sure they get the money for that sale. It wouldn't be all that hard to do, and if you need help I can let you know.
