FWIW:
180 microfarads is the capacitance of the capacitor.. not the amperage.. You'd have no way to know the amperage SIMPLY by reading the cap.
that is a 330V cap, that is rated at 180microfarads if resistance.. (like a 1 FARAD cap, in car audio, etc..)
This value determines how fast or slow the cap charges or discharges (how fast it goes through the cycles of charging)
(Of course, this can be affected by the entire circuit, etc, but that is another day..)
