I used to work in a photolab and all you have to do is break that little flash button on the front and the two posts are exposed. IIRC the power on that cap. is like 180 mF @ 330 V.

Another interesting note: If you slam (say in the palm of your hand) a charged camera the flash will go off. Kinda a fun prank to pull on someone cause they see you smacking this camera then poof their blind but you don't fire the shutter. <= is the face of the people
