Off idle at full throttle, it misses for about 1 second and then the thing runs like a striped-A**ed ape from about 1300 RPM right on up to red line. The other miss is only happens in the 1500-2200 RPM range when accelerating at just before the point where too-much throttle would make the tranny shift down (it's an ATX).

I changed the UIM to LIM gaskets last night and also cleaned the MAF with electonics cleaning solution, niether seems to have helped. What would be the next logical step?

By the way, the coilpack is a Sorenson from Advanced Auto Parts. When the old coil pack failed, the #2 cylinder simply went dead.
