I disagree on that... I agree on the rest, but no way more friend room. Blazers have a tiny backseat that's good for 2 people... you'll be majorly squished with 3 (done that before). Maybe if ya throw 1-2 people in the back, then it's good to go.

I say that seems like a good deal if it runs good. Just keep up on the maintainance and have the steering inspected every now and then and you'll be good to go.

Is it an auto or a stick? 2.5, 2.8, or 4.3L? Carbed or fuel injected? What options (like PW/PL, etc.)? 4WD or 2WD?

IMO, like others, it's a step down, but would be great for a 2nd vehicle, especially if it's four wheel drive. I'm into having creature comforts and "new" feeling/looking stuff in my car. Probly why I wasn't sad to see my old Monte Carlo SS when it went away (wish I had it now though, I was practically stealing it for $2000).
