for some reason it wont let me post this in troubleshooting...sorry. I have been extremely busy with a new job for the last few months and my car has sat for about two months without being started...i know i know im retarded. Anyway, i went to start it today, theengine turned over a couple times but didnt catch. tried again and this time it didnt turn over i jsut got a "fluttering" noise and vibration, the lights (ck engine, battery,etc.) were all flashing on and off. Im getting power the lights radio etc work...is it the starter? Thanks in advance.
