I've only had experience with installing an SVT Throttle Body on my car, but the Upper Intake Manifold is a direct swap. The Lower Intake Manifold has a bit more work to it because of the different fuel rail designs between model years. There's adequate information at SPMotorsports.com (it's been a while, but I remember them selling a kit for the SVT LIM with fuel rail and injectors).

In my opinion (take it as you wish ) I'd swap a 3 liter engine into my car before I'd swap the internals (or all) of an SVT 2.5L Duratec.
