Hey Phoenix, I carry an X-26 Taser everyday on the job. You forgot to say that the civillian version sells for more than $1,200 bux. I have used and witnessed the use of several cartridges. When they work,THEY WORK!I have personally endured a 5 second ride on "the chair". I have seen many a doper either run out of the probes or just pull them out. Oh, and the cartridges are like $35.00 a piece. That is expensive shootin! For target shooting get a semi-auto .22 or a 9mm pistol. For home protection..nothing says "get out of my house dirtbag",like a shotgun filled with buckshot!
