i agree about the 9mm for target. 100 rounds of winchester is only @ $10.00 at walmart. but... in my opinion, you should spend the most time shooting what you plan on using for protection. the difference in calibers, ammo, and frame size will make one gun shoot entirely different than another.
personally, i like 9mm for protection. if 11 rounds of +P hydra-shocks don't stop them, i have bigger problems!!
