you can get a flexable magnetic retrieval tool from the parts store for about $3. Saved my bacon more than once. Actually seen them in dollar stores too, should do for a one time grab.
If you have an access point, a strong magnet all by itself might do fine as well. All you gotta do is drag the magnet along to the access & the nut/bolt should follow right along.
