I Jack right on the bolt head at the front of the car Where the subframe meets with the Unibody itself. It is a very strong point to lift the car especially with a trolly jack. I then block the car under the frame rails near that point. Never have any problems. On the rear I jack under the frame rails , but I have a steel plate to put between the jack post and the frame rail so as not to collapse the frame rail. Then block under the frame rails.
