Don't even bother thinking about it, it would be nearly impossible because Ford has no equivalent USDM vehicle, so the Mondeo would have to be crash tested, DOT and EPA certified and by the time you got that all done, you've spent probably 3 or 4 times the cost of one car.
This is the first year for the ST220 in Mexico, previously, the only Mondeos sold there were the basic bread and butter sedans.
FWIW, they also sell the Ka, Ikon, Fiesta and Courier in Mexico.
