Well all this talk about being a soldier and what not and being christian and what not. If people were as christian as they say ther were they wouldnt want to be a soldier as christians dont kill people. Going to war in the name of christianity is pretty hypocritical is you ask me. I love my country though I am talking about Canada and not the US, but I would never put my self in a position to take another life, as I believe that is the absolute worst thing anyone can ever do to another person. Now all this banter about Dems VS Rebs is kind of moronic too. They both have their ups and downs, scandals and corruoptions, you just like who you like depending on how you were raised and what values you have. Too argue about partisan politics is to miss the point, the government is there to make the country better, not to have an excuse to start a fight as in all this filibuster stuff im seeing in the news. Man, maybe if they stopped the petty fighting they could stop and work on the US's big problems with social security and illegal immigration and outsourcing american jobs, oh but what, that last one dont count because we live in a capitalist society and well, capitalism is about making money, right? not about being patriotic. If i business can make more money having some Indian people answering your tech support questions, theyre gonna do it. Hmmmm, maybe a little shift to some communist ideas wouldnt be such a bad thing now eh?
