After a bit of searching I found that the 133 code is for the Air Charge Temperature (ACT)sensor. I'm not sure on a 95, but I think you will find it in the air intake tube between the air filter and the throttle body. I have not seen one of these fail for a while. You may just have a loose wire or perhaps the sensor was left out when the air filter was changed. It needs to be tested. The code can also be from a problem with the wiring in that circuit as well as internal to that circuit in the PCM. I can't help you more than that. Do some research on the internet with a Google search and you may be able to learn more.
The 233 code is for the ignition module. If there is a code there, something has happened, and it is most likely an ignition module problem. Again some additional research is advised.
Remember that the codes are just the gateway to determining the problem. They tell you which circuit or system to test and inspect. You are taking a chance if you just replace a part without further testing.
