Give them your VIN, name, address, and soul... and they'll send it to you. i beleive it's free of charge or a couple bucks, I dunno.
I don't know why everyone says to call 1-800-FORD-SVT. They don't do any of this stuff over the phone.
If you call them and ask to get your build date, number and a certificate all they tell you is fax a copy of something proving ownership then they send it out.
And yes, it is 100% free.
