PS, you need bigger tips IMHO

Goonz you cracker thats my car!

And IIRC the tails took 4 - 5 coats and the middle reflector I only put 3 because I still need to pass safety inspection.

Prep it right, and it looks really nice.

I wish I had gone darker..everyone told me that it darkens after it cures...mine went lighter...

And yes...I do need new tips or exhaust...but I need struts badly...so they come first.

DONT, you can get them looking good by using Meguirs Polisher and Cleaner or by using Polishing compound. It works

i think the painted to match reflectors look blech and the tinted ones look meh. i havent seen any trunk treatments yet that have moved me enough to consider doing the same thing.

BTW, i think that silver one looks awesome with that carbon fiber look. Maybe i'll try painting it black to match the lower valence.... Anyone ever do that? Or can someone photoshop the reflector painted black on a silver SVT. I think i've seen it before some where but i cant find it!

now youre starting to make sense. i like this version best. im not a big fan of faux cf (even though ive owned some in the past, shhh!) but it looks better than both the tinted AND painted versions. i think that is a great idea you have there to paint the reflector to match the lower valance. a nice flat black, kinda like how some of the recent mustangs had. can anyone PS this? if it looks good, i just may be the guinea pig for this...
