As far as "putting others at risk." No, I don't. I don't smoke around others (unless they smoke or they're riding in my car...they can walk if they have a problem). I don't even smoke in my own house. If people think i stink they can stay the hell away. You can't legally smoke indoors at public places anymore in NY, and no matter how much i smoke outside it isn't going to affect anyone as much as the rest of the garbage you breathe in every day from pollution/cars, etc.
