My new #1 reason not to smoke? Rectal cancer. Who wants a disease that would invariably require many many instruments to be inserted in their butt repeatedly? Not me

I like hickory...but sometimes I like a nice mild oak, apple's nice also. But you can't beat a good hickory w/ pork. I don't like to smoke it for long, maybe an hour or so & then slow roast & slap it on the BBQ...

Two words ... Christian evangelist ... 'tis exactly what you sound like right now ...
There have been rants on this forum in the past about nonsmokers pressuring smokers about their own opinions. Yes the facts are proven and (in my opinion, thankfully) the great majority of the public no longer smokes. I choke at the slightest whiff of cigarette smoke, and wish nobody would do it myself, but I don't consistently pressure them.
This topic always opens up a can of worms.
