I pulled the fuses last night and let the car sit all night and put them back in this morning before I started teh car.. and it was still on. So, I should clean the contacs on the sensor, let it dry, clear the PCM, adn give er' another try?? If no dice.. then my next plan of attack is to buy a new o2 sensor because the existing one is now in theory fried?
