This is a shot of Downtown San Diego, California. that is a rather large 5 story mall there at 1st AVE (large orange square..) Its an open-air mall, and all stores have their entrances open in to the outside air..

You can see that I have zoomed in significantly more so than your image, and I can see two white trashcans on either of those stairways up.. (This is located about 3/4 of the way up (NE) the "alleyway" looking layout of the mall..

Another view.. this is taken in the half-circle cutout on the west edge of the mall (its the food court, on the top floor) As you can see.. your view doesn't show the McDonalds, there.



and one more, of a few of the cars on the rooftop garage (parking rates there SUCK, trust me!!!)
