If the government didn't want them seen they wouldn't be seen. Any satelite imagery that is public domain has been carefully scrutinized by the government. You'll notice that throughout sattelite imagery there are big blocks cut out or areas covered over with large cicles where many military installations are.
...or not detailed enough to be able to make anything out... like the restricted areas here.
