Just a guess but it looks like some sort of target practice area. It looks very primitive with a lot of earthenworks everywhere. The aircraft looks like an older design. There are no noticeable marks on the ground to indicate aircraft have landed there (although, supposedly the 'aircraft' there don't "land" conventially). And there are a LOT of bomb craters very nearby but nowhere else in the surrounding area.
I also find it a little odd that only that one area around Groom Lake has updated sattelite photos. Everythere else around is obviously very old sattelite imagery. Generally it's quite the opposite.
