While waiting for my exhaust install this morning, I went to two nearby dealerships just to see if they had one for a test drive. Both apologetically told me they were backorederd anywhere from 8-14 weeks. Second guy told me Ford was anticipating 70% V6 sales and 30% GT sales, but demand has been the reverse of that, hence the shortages. At this point, may as well wait until the '06 cars come out if you want to get one ...
They also had this "GT 66" mustang, with a wicked looking body kit, 18's, stripes, grilles, etc. It looks totally hot until you get up to the side window and read "4.0L V6, 5-speed auto ..."
