There is a note that it doesn't fit 2000+ models, but that's for Cougar ... any difference on that maybe from the Duratec for the Tour ?

I have these on my 98 and the only fitment issue I have is in the (side bracket ... name escapes me right now ) and is cable tied down. Otherwise fine, and two years on still running fine.
