I think you have that backwards.

FMS has had problems with making short boots that also shrink more with heat and have had bad problems with misfires or early failure. (though they seem to have upped their quality a little)

To answer the original question.

The Counterman at the Stealership is wrong. FMS wires fit any V6 Contique.
I don't think I'd go to Stealership to order them though.

2000 SVT #674 13.47 @ 102 - All Motor! It was not broke; Yet I fixed it anyway.
